Enriches what is in places lacking in the base game. Playing a vampire certainly, and why I purchased this, although the spellmarks and a lengthy wild magic table are also a solid addition, the latter of which I will use for my wild magic barbarian. The included Adventures are also a nice bonus.

Milando’s Guide is a fantastic resource for adding some darker elements to your campaign. The guides on lichdom, lycanthropy, and vampirism are fabulous - well-thought-out and creative. The writing is solid and the art is gorgeous. Definitely worth the investment. There are creatures and items, adventures, all sorts of great elements for adding in to any campaign. I’m really enjoying discovering all this book has to offer!

Similar to a previous reviewer, I also backed this on Kickstarter. I backed the Deluxe Edition, which gives me a few items to comment on. First item, the dice are beautiful. Now, did I need more dice? No, but they are a nice addition to my collection and I like the fact that they come in a little metal box. They also feel nice when holding and rolling them (my first d20 roll was a nat 20 so it is worth getting them) Second item, the cards of magical marvels and magical items. These are nicely packaged in lovely little boxes to keep them in one place, and the quality is superb. Always fun for players to get a physical piece to represent their items they get while playing. Third item, the book itself. I can't recommend it enough, and I already have players wanting to use whats in the book to become liches and vampires, so an evil campaign might be a fun thing to do with this book. There is so much fun things to read about in the boon that there is not enough space to write about it all in a review. The quality of everything is nothing short of great, and I proudly display the book in my collection of D&D sourcebooks. Once again, Eventyr has made a fantastic product that does not disappoint.

Backed this one on Kickstarter, and we were very excited to get this source book finally. Much to our surprise it came months ahead of schedule as well! The quality and creativity of the new rules for Hexcrafting and Spellwarping were great to tie into current ongoing campaigns. Eager to try out the adventures that came included with the book as well. Talk about one-stop-shop! A great book model that already has us hooked for their next one.
