Shipping policy

We ship from two hubs: one in the US and one in Copenhagen, Denmark. Within the US, UK, and EU, shipping typically takes 3-10 workdays. For Oceania and the rest of the world, shipping typically takes 10-20 workdays.

When we receive an order for a physical product, you should receive a notice that your order has been registered and is underway. Because of how orders are handled on the backend, we have to mark orders fulfilled immediately so that digital downloads can be delivered straight away. Up to a week may pass before physical products are sent and you receive a tracking number for your shipment.
