Refund policy

We have a full refund, no questions asked policy. Please reach out to us within 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@eventyrgames.com. We'll provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return won't be automatically registered.

Exchanges
We will handle exchanges and get a new product sent to you once we've confirmed your return is in order.

Refunds
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
